Osaka Kyoiku University (OKU) entered into an education and academic exchange agreement with the University of Victoria (British Columbia, Canada) in February 2013. On Tuesday, May 14, University of Victoria English Language Center Director Jacqueline Prowse paid a courtesy call to OKU President Akio Nagao.The University of Victoria is a university on the North American west coast that is easily accessible from Japan. The meeting saw a brisk sharing of ideas about the potential for future exchanges.After sharing ideas, President Nagao personally took Ms. Prowse on a tour of the campus, which was resplendent with pre-summer verdure.
